The following Statement of Ethics is accepted by the entire Vistauxx staff. This Statement of Ethics fully corresponds to similar documents accepted by leading industry associations, as well as public, private and academic organizations.

1. In the course of our professional activities, we will conduct ourselves in accordance with the highest standards of moral, ethical and legal behavior, and will execute our responsibilities in a manner consistent with the highest standards of our profession.

2. We will provide competent and professional service to our clients, avoiding conflicts of interest.

3. We will support efforts to promote the understanding and acceptance of prudent information security measures throughout the public, private and academic sectors of our global information society.

4. We will not commit or be party to any unlawful or unethical act that may negatively affect our professional reputation or the reputation of our profession. We will appropriately report any activity related to our work that we believe to be unlawful, and will cooperate in any resulting investigations.

5. We will not misuse information to which we become party in the course of our duties, and will maintain the confidentiality of all information in our possession that is so identified.

Our security professionals recognize that serving our clients is a privilege that must be both earned and maintained. In support of this principle, all our staff commit to fully support the Vistauxx set of core values. Any staff member who intentionally or knowingly violates any provision of this Statement of Ethics will be subject to action by a peer review panel and corporate disciplinary action.
